We have recovered the tradition of the old oil mill and made this our company philosophy, innovating and enhancing it through the use of the most modern technologies that the market offers.

Molino49 was born from the careful aesthetic and architectural recovery of an old oil mill dating back to 1949, from which it derives its name. By preserving its intrinsic tradition and enhancing it with a strong technological innovation on food, it has been possible to make it a true unicum. All its spaces, indoor and outdoor, previously intended for other uses have become: Gourmet Restaurant, Restaurant la Tradizione, Cocktail Bar space, Show Cooking space and Terrace, each offering a plurality of services and offers.

We believe in the circular economy by exploiting 99% of the raw material thanks to the advanced technology of our equipment.

We use a highly innovative kitchen equipped with induction hobs, constant monitoring of energy flows and the use of photovoltaic panels. Food waste is stored in a special composting area.

Each dish in terms of aesthetics, flavour, diversity of textures is an expression of the Chef's creativity.

Our kitchen brigade has many years of experience in the industry, where there is no shortage of time to compare and share ideas. Everything starts with a project, which is first realised with pen and paper, and then goes into practice so that the dish comes out in its best version.

In the dining room ...Just as the kitchen creates and gives life to the dish, the dining room narrates it... Each dish is described and narrated so that the customer can understand its true essence. At the table is the most fascinating moment when the guest is transported by a multiplicity of sensations that the Gourmet Room is able to evoke. The fine dining experience begins even before taste and smell are satisfied.
